No diverted stock, no repacks, no relabeled cases. The rest of how we work is written down below, in plain terms.
Named sources
Stock comes from brand manufacturers and their authorized US distributors. Ask about any SKU and we'll send the purchase invoice, pricing redacted.
Dated stock
Skin and body care ships with at least 12 months to expiry. Lot codes are recorded on every pick ticket, so a recall check takes minutes, not a shelf pull.
Same-day dispatch
Orders approved by 2:15 PM MT leave the same business day by UPS Ground. Tracking numbers go out by email before the truck does.

No. Urbanbuy sells only to registered US businesses with a valid resale certificate. We don't run a retail store and we don't ship single units to shoppers.
A state resale certificate, your EIN and a business address. Online sellers add a storefront link. Applications are reviewed within 2 business days — apply here.
Yes: $375 for the opening order and $140 for every reorder. Because most SKUs sell by the inner pack of 6 or 12, $375 usually covers 12 to 20 different items.
We buy from brand manufacturers and their authorized US distributors. For any SKU on your order, we'll email the purchase invoice with pricing redacted. Units arrive factory-sealed with the original lot code — never repacked or relabeled.
Orders approved by 2:15 PM MT leave the same business day. UPS Ground takes 1–5 business days in the contiguous US — Denver in 1–2, Chicago in 3, Newark in 4–5. Twelve cartons or more go by LTL freight.
After three paid orders. The first three are prepaid by ACH, wire or card. Net 30 opens once three orders are paid and two trade references check out.
